Our sales and support staff consists of experienced professionals who take great pride in their work. The sales staff has over 100 years of combined experience in the group and individual insurance markets. They meet all of the Continuing Education requirements established by the Department of Insurance and attend numerous training sessions and seminars. Our support staff is second to none. They also attend regular training sessions and seminars to assist clients, members and employer administrative staff with any questions or problems that may arise.

Jeffrey Byham – Jeff became a licensed agent in 1978. As the group benefit
industry evolved, he incorporated Byham’s Insurance Services Inc. in 1987. Jeff
specializes in employee benefits. He enjoys working with people to solve their
insurance needs and is dedicated to providing quality service. He is a member of
The National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). He is also active in the
community coaching elementary basketball.

Frank Byham – Frank began his insurance career in 1963. He has been a very
active member in the National Association of Life Underwriters having served as President of the local Chapter. His specialties are Life Insurance, Annuities, Long-Term Care Insurance and Medicare related products.

Steven Fisher – Steve joined Byham’s Insurance in 1996. Prior to Byham’s he
spent ten years helping to develop and administer two regional Managed Care companies, serving as Vice President of Marketing for both. He received his
insurance license in 1980, specializing in employer group benefits. Steve is very involved with the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). He has served as Chapter President as well as on a national committee. He also teaches Continuing Education classes for Pennsylvania insurance agents and has written insurance editorials.

Gilbert Troutman LUTCF – Gil joined Byham’s Insurance in 2002 and has been a licensed Financial Planner and Insurance Agent since 1989. He specialized in Retirement plans, Key Employee benefits, Long Term Care Insurance and Life Insurance. A graduate of Thiel College, he previously spent fourteen years as a High School teacher and coach.

Delores Hale – Delores has been with Byham’s since 1991. She is a licensed
Customer Service Representative. Her years of experience have provided her
with a great deal of knowledge about the wide range of products we offer.
Her knowledge, combined with the carrier relationships she has developed,
enables her to receive prompt assistance when resolving claim or billing issues.

Carolyn Hall – Carolyn has been a licensed agent with Byham’s Insurance since 2001. Prior to Byham’s she spent 17 years in the customer service field and employment staffing industry. In addition to being active in new sales, Carolyn is in charge of our group and individual quoting process. She is very familiar with the carriers’ benefits and underwriting requirements. This knowledge allows her to recommend the insurance solution that best meets the needs of our clients.

Angela Niedermeyer – Angie has been in the insurance business since 2001. She is a Senior Products Advisor, specializing in Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage Plans and Prescription Drug Plans. Angie is licensed and certified to work with various carriers giving her clients the advantage to choose the product that meets their specific needs. Angie assists people either in our office or in the comfort of their home. She also provides educational presentations to update seniors and administrators on the latest changes in senior products.

Diane O’Conner Smith – Diane has been with Byham’s since 2005. She is responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll. Diane also oversees our computer networking system making sure all programs are updated and running smoothly. She is also responsible for troubleshooting any technology issues that may arise.

Michelle Bowen – Michelle is a licensed Administrative Assistant. She joined Byham’s Insurance in 2005. Michelle is responsible for maintaining and updating all client files, agent licensing and supply orders. She also processes general data entry and group quotes.
